On this page, it is possible to take a quick view on the projects realised by HeSc in the fields of geospatial information systems (GIS) and urban and regional planning (PTU, in Italian “pianificazione territoriale e urbanistica”).
Each of the the boxes listed here below contain the reference year, the name of the customer(s), the commission’s or the consultance’s title (in bold face), a short description of the activities carried out by HeSc’s personnel, and the names of the professionals and collaborators (also those external to HeSc) involved in the specific work;
near the project title is reported also the acronym (e.g. “BFU_SPAV”) by which the work is internally identified by HeSc.
For each project has been scheduled a detail page that will be prepared progressively for all entries.
Concerning the work on the Castelfranco Veneto urban planning GIS, there is already available an area on the GISURB web site containing various cartographical and documentation materials; if possible (issues such as sensitive data constraints could hinder it) a GISURB folder will be provided for each presented project.

Delimitation of town planning accessory surfaces on the basis of cadastrial framework maps and
through “many-to-many” entity-attribute (parcels-land attributes) relationships,
georeferencing of building permissions from 1964 to 2004 and
scanning and georeferencing of historical maps of the Udine township.
Notice: in Friuli-Venetia Julia the term “town planning accessory surfaces” indicates
the set of land parcels a single building permission refers to.

Semi-automatised retouching (by employing linear and second-order polynomial interpolation methods)
of airphotos in order to remove geographical grid-lines which were yet impressed on the original prints.
The work has been carried out within two larger commissions conferred to GIS Team from Gießen in Germany.

Development of a GIS to allow computer-assisted mangement of the PRG.
The work has been carried out while two PRG revision acts regarding the mainland part of the Venice Township
(Mestre and Marghera) and the Cavallino Peninsula were prepared.
